Dr. Chia-I Kuo graduated from the Institute of Human Resources Management at National Central University and is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University. Her main research areas include technology management, innovation management, and strategic management. She has published academic papers in R&D Management and Journal of Technology Transfer SSCI journals. She has been implementing research projects granted by the National Science Council. She served as a peer reviewer for journals including R&D Management, Journal of Knowledge Management, Technology Analysis & Strategic Management, Organization and Management, Sun Yat-Sen Management Review, Industry and Management Forum, etc. When she served as an assistant professor at Providence University, she won the "Excellent Teaching Award in the College of Management" and the "Excellent Mentor Award in the Department of Business Administration". She has advised her students to implement the college student research project from National Science Council and guided several student teams to win innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.
