Dr. Pham Xuan Ban Mai is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University. She is originally from Hanoi, Vietnam. She received her Ph.D. from the Department of Business Administration at National Chengchi University. Her primary research areas include workplace attachment style, workplace interactions and meta-analysis. Dr. Pham has published several academic research in both TSSCI (e.g., Journal of Human Resource Management, and Indigenous Psychological Research in Chinese Societies) and SSCI (e.g., Current Psychology, and Asia Pacific Journal of Management). She also has acted as a reviewer in various journals, including Current Psychology, Journal of Business Research, and Asia Pacific Journal of Management. Dr. Pham also received the best reviewer award for the OB division of the AOM Annual Meeting Conference in 2023.
