Dr. Hsin-Pei Wu graduated from the Institute of Human Resources Management at National Central University and is currently an assistant professor at the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University. She once served as an assistant professor at Asia University and an assistant research fellow at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research. Her main research areas are human resource management (expatriation, sustainable HRM), group identity and identification, and workplace health promotion (presenteeism, work-family balance). She has published academic papers in SSCI and TSSCI journals and implemented research projects granted by the National Science Council for many years. She served as a peer reviewer for journals including Asian Journal of Social Phycology (SSCI), Journal of Global Mobility (SSCI), Electronic Commerce Research and Applications (SSCI), NTU Management Review (TSSCI), Journal of Management and Business Research (TSSCI), Research in Applied Psychology, School Journal of Economics and Business, Journal of Business Administration, etc. and the National Science and Technology Council. She was honored for the top 11-25% teaching response for one semester at Soochow University and the "Dedicated Advisor" award for the academic year 2022. In terms of off-campus services, she also served as an examiner, a consultant, and a review committee member for various entities such as the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Executive Yuan (Agency of Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation), and the Ministry of Labor (Small Enterprise Manpower Improvement Program of the Workforce Development Agency).
