Dr. Hsin-Pei Wu earned her Ph.D. from the Institute of Human Resource Management at National Central University, and currently serves as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University. Her previous professional experience includes positions as an Assistant Professor at Asia University; Head of the Career Development and Employment Guidance Section and the Practical Learning and Counseling Section within the Center for Learning and Career Development; and Assistant Research Fellow at the Taiwan Institute of Economic Research. Her primary research interests focus on Human Resource Management (expatriation, sustainable HRM) and workplace health promotion (presenteeism, work-life balance). She has published numerous academic papers in prominent journals indexed in SSCI and TSSCI, and serves as a reviewer for NSTC projects, undergraduate research grants, and various academic journals, including Asian Journal of Social Psychology (SSCI), Journal of Global Mobility (ESCI), Electronic Commerce Research and Applications (SSCI), Applied Psychology: An International Review (SSCI), Journal of Managerial Psychology (SSCI), Humanities and Social Sciences Communications (SSCI), NTU Management Review (TSSCI), Journal of Management (TSSCI), Applied Psychology Research (TSSCI), Soochow Journal of Economics and Business, and Journal of Business Administration. At Soochow University, Dr. Wu has received recognition such as ranking in the top 11-25% for student course evaluations, the Excellence Award for Teaching Enhancement Projects, and the “Enthusiastic Mentor” and “Outstanding Mentor” awards. In her external professional service, she has acted as an examiner, training expert, consultant, and review committee member for various entities such as the Taiwan Academy of Banking and Finance, the Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Executive Yuan (Agency of Rural Development and Soil and Water Conservation), and the Ministry of Labor (Small Enterprise Manpower Improvement Program of the Workforce Development Agency).
