Hung-Yi Huang received his Ph.D. in Finance from the College of Management, National Central University. He is currently an associate professor of the Department of Business Administration, Soochow University, Taiwan. His main areas of expertise are corporate finance, corporate bond markets, and empirical analysis of financial markets. He has published academic papers in several significant journals, including SSCI-indexed journals. He has also been involved in research projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council and serves as a peer reviewer for various significant academic journals.Additionally, he received grants from the Ministry of Education’s Teaching Practice Research Program for the 2024 and 2025 academic years, and successfully guided undergraduate students to obtain approval for research projects in the 2024 and 2026 academic years. He also serves as a reviewer for several major academic journals, including SSCI-indexed journals. He has been awarded the “Teaching Excellence” award for the academic years 2021, 2023, 2024, and 2025 by the Soochow Management Academic Foundation, as well as the “Research Excellence” award for the academic years 2022 and 2023.
