ia-Wun Chen graduated from the Graduate Institute of Business Administration at National Taiwan University and is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University. She has previously worked at various research organizations (such as the CDRI and ITRI) and accumulated extensive practical knowledge such as industry workforce training, industry trend analysis, and smart service transformation. Teaching courses are related to Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, and Leadership and Communication.Dr. Chen's research interests include Organizational Behavior, Human Resource Management, Work Stress, and Workplace Health. She has published numerous articles in SSCI and TSSCI journals.
