Yi-Chieh Lin, Ph.D., is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University, Taiwan. He received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from National Sun Yat-sen University. His academic tenure includes postdoctoral research appointments at National Chi Nan University and National Changhua University of Education, as well as an Adjunct Assistant Professor position in the Department of International Business at National Kaohsiung University of Science and Technology. Prior to his academic career, Dr. Lin accumulated extensive industry experience as Associate Vice President of the Administration Department at YuYu Construction Co., Ltd., and Human Resources Director at China Lilang Limited (HKEX: 01234). His primary research interests encompass Eastern and Western leadership theories and cultural context fit, AI and workplace behavior, and the societal and organizational impacts of AI. His work has been published in esteemed SSCI-indexed journals, including the Journal of Management Studies, Asia Pacific Journal of Management, Education and Information Technologies, and Chinese Management Studies.
