Han Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University, Taiwan. She earned her Ph.D. from the Department of International Business at National Taiwan University, specializing in Marketing. Her research expertise encompasses service technology, human-computer interaction (HRI), service failure management, virtual communities, and social commerce. Dr. Lee’s scholarly work is widely published in prestigious international and domestic journals, including those indexed in SSCI and TSSCI, as well as presented at leading academic conferences. She consistently leads various research projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC).
Beyond her research, Dr. Lee is deeply committed to teaching. Her dedication has been recognized through numerous associations, including the Soochow University Devoted Mentor Award, the Soochow Management Academic Foundation Teaching Award, and the Excellent Teaching and Outstanding Mentor Awards from the Taiwan Institute of Marketing Science (TIMS). Furthermore, she actively mentors students in national competitions, such as the TBSA National Collegiate Innovation Planning Competition and the Line Chatbot Design Competition, consistently achieving top-tier results.
