Han Lee is an assistant professor in the Department of Business Administration at Soochow University, Taiwan. She graduated from the International Business Department at National Taiwan University, with a major in marketing. Her research primarily focuses on three major areas: 1. Investigation of consumer psychological mechanisms and behavior in the domain of service and social media. 2. Human-robot interaction mechanisms and applications. 3. Exploration of the establishment of intellectual capital and it’s effect on corporate marketing performance. She has published academic papers in prestigious journals, including SSCI and TSSCI, and continues to lead research projects funded by the National Science Council. In addition to her research endeavors, Dr. Han Lee actively engages in teaching activities, innovating teaching materials and methods. She consistently guides her students to participate in national competitions, such as the TBSA National College Innovative Business Plan Competition, Line Chatbot Design Contest, and Taiwantrade Cross-Border E-commerce Competition, achieving remarkable results.
